Abstract:
(EN) An inductive coupled temperature monitor (10) is taught that is capable of operating in or nearby conductive objects (12) that produce unwanted reflected impedance. The temperature monitor (10) can be used to telemeter temperature information from a closed soup can (12) or other container, during an industrial cooking process.
