Abstract:
(EN) An automatic programming method capable of efficiently and correctly preparing NC data for complex machining. A part program for complex machining stored in a random access memory (3) is read (S1) block by block into a processor (1) in an automatic programming apparatus. The program statement of each block is written in one of the first to third automatic programming languages for lathing, milling and general use. The processor discriminates (S2, S3) which language is used in the statement of the readout block, and translates the program statement using a first, second or third interpreter selected depending on the result of discrimination. The results are stored (S1-S6) as NC data in a memory (4). This makes it possible to prepare a part program for complex machining automatically and continuously.
(FR) Procédé de programmation automatique permettant de préparer de manière correcte et efficiente des données de commande numérique pour un usinage complexe. Un programme de pièces pour usinage complexe stocké dans une mémoire à accès sélectif (3) est chargé (S1) bloc par bloc dans le processeur (1) d'un appareil de programmation automatique. Les instructions de programme de chaque bloc sont écrites dans l'un de trois langages de programmation automatique pour tournage, fraisage et à usage général. Le processeur détermine (S2, S3) quel langage est utilisé dans l'instruction du bloc de sortie, et traduit l'instruction de programme en utilisant un premier, un deuxième ou un troisième interpréteur, en fonction du résultat du test. Les résultats sont placés (S1-S6) dans une mémoire (4) sous forme de données de commande numérique. Ce procédé permet de préparer automatiquement et en continu un programme de pièces pour usinage complexe.
