Abstract:
(EN) Resin can be hydrolyzed enzymatically during the peroxy bleaching (e.g. with hydrogen peroxide) commonly used in pulp manufacture and the use of lipase in the manufacture of CTMP-fluff will afford several significant advantages, such as a pronounced reduction in fats, low time-consumption, since the process can be carried out in less than one calendar day, no losses in brightness or yield, or only marginal brightness and yield losses, and low handling costs. The enzyme treatment during bleaching necessitates little or no change of commonly used bleaching conditions. As a further advantage, the peroxy bleaching is mostly made at alkaline pH, whereby the liberated fatty acids remain ionized and can thus easily be removed from the pulp during subsequent washing.
(FR) On peut hydrolyser de manière enzymatique de la résine pendant le blanchiment au peroxy (par exemple à l'aide de péroxyde d'hydrogène) communément utilisé dans la fabrication de pâte de cellulose, et l'emploi de lipase dans la fabrication de pâtes chimiothermomécaniques-duvet de peluchage présente plusieurs avantages significatifs, tels qu'une réduction marquée des matières grasses, une faible consommation de temps, puisque l'on peut mettre en ÷uvre le procédé en moins de 24 heures, aucune perte de degré de blanc ou de rendement, ou uniquement des pertes marginales de degré de blanc et de rendement, ainsi que de faibles coûts de manipulation. Le traitement enzymatique pendant le blanchiment ne nécessite que peu ou pas de changement des conditions de blanchiment habituellement utilisées. Un autre avantage est que le blanchiment au peroxy est effectué la plupart du temps à un pH alcalin, de sorte que les acides gras libérés restent ionisés et peuvent être ainsi facilement éliminés de la pâte de cellulose pendant le lavage ultérieur.
