Abstract:
(EN) Aluminium alloys are described which after suitable processing can be used to produce lithographic printing plates of improved stoving resistance. The alloys consist essentially of at least 99.00 % by weight of aluminium, from 0.02 to 0.15 % by weight in total of zirconium and/or hafnium and from 0.05 to 0.25 % by weight of manganese, with the remainder being incidental impurities. Improved stoving resistance is particularly shown with 0.02 to 0.08 % zirconium and from 0.05 to 0.15 % manganese, especially when stoving takes place at 240 °C or above.
(FR) L'invention se rapporte à des alliages à base d'aluminium qui, après un traitement approprié, peuvent être utilisés dans la production de planches d'impression lithographique se caractérisant par une résistance à l'étuvage améliorée. Ces alliages se composent essentiellement d'au moins 99 % en poids d'aluminium, de 0,02 à 0,15 % en poids au total de zirconium et/ou d'afnium et de 0,05 à 0,25 % en poids de manganèse, le reste étant constitué par des impuretés incidentelles. On obtient une meilleure résistance à l'étuvage de ces alliages en particulier lorsqu'ils contiennent 0,02 à 0,08 % de zirconium et 0,05 à 0,15 % de manganèse, notamment lorsque l'étuvage s'effectue à une température de 240 °C ou plus.
