Abstract:
(DE) Das Bindemittel ist erhältlich aus a) 35 bis 85 Gew.-% Fettsäureester auf der Basis von ungesättigten Fettsäuren, b) 5 bis 25 Gew.-% ungesättigtem Dicarbonsäureanhydrid, (vorzugsweise Maleinsäureanhydrid), c) 5 bis 25 Gew.-% einer hydroxyfunktionellen, vinylisch oder allylisch ungesättigten Verbindung, d) 0 bis 25 Gew.-% eines Glycidylesters einer ungesättigten Monocarbonsäure, wobei die Summe der Komponenten a), b), c) und d) 100 Gew.-% beträgt. Ein Teil der ungesättigten Fettsäuren in den Fettsäureestern kann dabei ersetzt sein durch gesättigte Fettsäuren. Mit diesem Bindemittel hergestellte Beschichtungsstoffe sind besonders geeignet für die Beschichtung von Untergründen, insbesondere natürlichen oder künstlichen, porösen oder saugenden Untergründen, u.a. Holz.
(EN) The binder is obtainable from a) 35 to 85 wt. % of fatty acid esters derived from unsaturated fatty acids, b) 5 to 25 wt. % of unsaturated dicarboxylic acid anhydride (preferably maleic anhydride), c) 5 to 25 wt. % of a hydroxy-functional, vinylically or allylically unsaturated compound and d) 0 to 25 wt. % of a glycidyl ester of an unsaturated monocarboxylic acid, whereby the sum of the constituents a), b), c) and d) is equal to 100 wt. %. Some of the unsaturated fatty acids in the fatty acid esters can be replaced by saturated fatty acids. Coating materials produced from this binder are particularly suitable for coating substrates, in particular, natural or artificial, porous or absorbent substrates, e.g. wood.
(FR) Le liant s'obtient à partir de a) 35 à 85 % en poids d'esters d'acides gras à base d'acides gras insaturés, b) 5 à 25 % en poids d'anhydride d'acide dicarboxylique insaturé (de préférence d'anhydride maléique), c) 5 à 25 % en poids d'un composé hydroxy-fonctionnel, vinyliquement ou allyliquement insaturé, et d) 0 à 25 % en poids d'un ester glycidilique d'un acide monocarboxylique insaturé, la somme des constituants a), b), c) et d) étant égale à 100 % en poids. Une partie des acides gras insaturés dans les esters d'acides gras peut être remplacée par des acides gras saturés. Des matériaux d'enduction produits à partir de ce liant conviennent notamment à l'enduction de substrats, en particulier des substrats naturels ou artificiels poreux ou absorbants, par exemple du bois.
