(EN) A protein which inhibits milk secretion by lactating goats and has a molecular weight, as determined by gel filtration chromatography of about 7.6 KDa and a N-terminal amino acid sequence (I), where Xaa are unknown amino acids; and which is found in glycosylated form in goat's milk.
(FR) Protéine inhibant la sécrétion de lait par des chèvres alaitant, et présentant une masse moléculaire, déterminée par chromatographie par filtration sur gel, d'environ 7,6 kDa, ainsi qu'une séquence d'acides aminés à terminaison N commençant par (I), dans laquelle Xaa représente des acides aminés inconnus; ladite protéine étant rencontrée sous forme glycosylée dans le lait de chèvre.
