Abstract:
(EN) $i(Bcl)-3 gene sequences can be used to monitor the success of chemotherapy and to detect minimal residual disease in patients having hematopoietic malignancies. $i(Bcl)-3 sequences can also be used to identify new cellular oncogenes involved in hematopoietic cell malignancies by taking advantage of their adjacency to the $i(bcl)-3 promoter. Particular nucleic acid probes and primers are also provided by the disclosure.
(FR) Des séquences de gènes $i(Bcl)-3 peuvent être utilisées pour contrôler le succès d'une chimiothérapie et pour détecter une maladie résiduelle minime chez des patients ayant des malignités hématopoïétiques. Les séquences $i(Bcl)-3 peuvent également être utilisées pour identifier de nouveaux oncogènes cellulaires impliqués dans les malignités de cellules hématopoïétiques en tirant profit de leur adjacence au promoter $i(bcl)-3. Des sondes particulières d'acide nucléique et des agents d'amorçage sont également décrits dans l'invention.
