Abstract:
(EN) A 7-chloro-4-hydroxy-2-quinoline carbonyl azide and its use as a photoaffinity probe for the N-methyl-D-aspartate (NMDA) receptor complex on neurons are claimed. A number of other compounds, including 4-hydroxy-2-quinoline carbonyl azides, isocyanates, and amides are also provided. Purification and characterization of the NMDA receptor is described.
(FR) Carbonylazide de 7-chloro-4-hydroxy-2-quinoline et son utilisation comme sonde de détection par photoaffinité du composé récepteur de N-méthyl-D-aspartate (NMDA) sur des neurones. L'invention concerne également une pluralité d'autres composés, y compris des carbonylazides, des isocyanates et des amides de 4-hydroxy-2-quinoline, ainsi que la purification et la caractérisation du récepteur de NMDA.
