Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a method for the preparation of $g(a),$g(b)-unsaturated ketones represented by general formula (II) (where R is a heterocyclic group with nitrogen atom in the ring or a phenyl group with electron donative substituents) which comprises reacting aldehydes represented by general formula (I): RCHO (where R is as defined above) with acetone, in the presence as a catalyst of one or two or more compounds selected from the group consisting of perhydroisoindole and pyrrolidine which may have substituents, in a water solvent, at 20 °C to 40 °C, and then reacting at the reflux temperature. The compound (II) is extremely important as an intermediate for pharmaceuticals and agricultural chemicals.
(FR) Procédé de préparation de cétones $g(a),$g(b)-insaturées représentées par la formule générale (II) (dans laquelle R est un groupe hétérocyclique comportant un atome d'azote dans l'anneau ou un groupe phényle avec des substituants électrodonneurs), consistant à faire réagir des aldéhydes représentées par la formule générale RCHO (dans laquelle R est défini comme ci-dessus) avec de l'acétone, en présence, en tant que catalyseur, d'un ou de plusieurs composés sélectionnés dans le groupe constitué de perhydroisoindole et de pyrrolidine pouvant comporter des substituants, dans un solvant aqueux, à une température comprise entre 20 et 40 °C, et à les faire réagir ensuite à la température de reflux. Ce composé (II) est extrêmement important en tant que produit intermédiaire dans la synthèse de produits chimiques pour l'industrie pharmaceutique et agricole.
