Abstract:
(DE) Es wird eine Zweikreisbremsanlage mit Diagonalaufteilung vorgeschlagen. Die Bremsen der angetriebenen Räder VR und VL bestehen einerseits über ein Einlaßventil (16, 17) mit dem Bremsdruckgeber (1) und andererseits über Zulaufventile (11, 12) unmittelbar mit einer Druckquelle (5, 6) in Verbindung. Weiterhin besteht eine Verbindung zu einem Vorratsbehälter (7) über die Auslaßventile (20) bzw. (21). Zur Bremsschlupfregelung werden die Ventile (16, 20) bzw. (17, 21) und zur Antriebsschlupfregelung die Ventile (11, 20) bzw. (12, 21) angesteuert, während einer Antriebsschlupfregelung wird das Einlaßventil (16, 17) bzw. das Trennventil (35, 36) in der Bypass-Leitung (33, 34) zum Einlaßventil (16, 17) geschlossen. Diese Schaltung hat den Vorteil, daß die Zulauf- (11, 12) und die Einlaßventile (16, 17) mit unterschiedlichen Blenden versehen werden können, die der jeweiligen Regelungsart angepaßt sind. Durch die Anordnung des Trennventils (35, 36) in der Bypass-Leitung (33, 34) wird erreicht, daß in der Bremsleitung (43) bzw. (44) nur das Einlaßventil (16, 17) eingefügt ist, so daß der Druckaufbau während einer normalen, ungeregelten Bremsung weitgehend ungestört erfolgt.
(EN) A diagonally split, twin-circuit braking installation is proposed. The brakes of the driven wheels VR and VL are directly connected to the brake pressure transmittor (1) via an inlet valve (16, 17) and to a source of pressure (5, 6) via supply valves (11, 12). There is also a connection with a reservoir (7) via the outlet valves (20) and (21). To control braking slip, the valves (16, 20) and (17, 21) are operated and to control drive slip, valves (11, 20) and (17, 21) are operated, while, during drive slip control, the inlet valve (16, 17) or the isolating valve (35, 36) in the by-pass line (33, 34) to the inlet valve (16, 17) is closed. This circuit has the advantage that the supply (11, 12) and inlet valves (16, 17) may be fitted with different apertures suitable for the type of control concerned. The arrangement of the isolating valve (35, 36) in the by-pass line (33, 34) means that only the inlet valve (16, 17) is inserted in the brake line (43) or (44), so that the build-up of pressure takes place smoothly during ordinary, uncontrolled braking.
(FR) Il est proposé un dispositif de freinage à double circuit, avec répartition en diagonale. Les freins des roues motrices VR et VL sont reliés, d'une part, par l'intermédiaire d'une soupape d'admission (16, 17), à un transmetteur de pression de freinage (1) et, d'autre part, par l'intermédiaire de soupapes d'alimentation (11, 12), directement à une source de pression (5, 6). Il est prévu en outre une jonction à un réservoir (7), par l'intermédiaire d'une soupape de décharge (20) ou (21). Pour la régulation du patinage lors du freinage, les soupapes (16, 20) ou (17, 21) et, pour la régulation du patinage à l'entraînement, les soupapes (11, 20) ou (12, 21) sont commandées, tandis que durant la régulation du patinage à l'entraînement, c'est la soupape d'admission (16, 17) ou la soupape de séparation (35, 36) qui est fermée dans le conduit de dérivation (33, 34) vers la soupape d'admission (16, 17). Ce montage présente l'avantage que les soupapes d'alimentation (11, 12) et les soupapes d'admission (16, 17) peuvent être munies d'obturateurs différents qui sont adaptés aux modes de réglage respectifs. Il s'ensuit qu'en disposant la soupape de séparation (35, 36) dans le conduit de dérivation (33, 34), seule la soupape d'admission (16, 17) est insérée dans le conduit de freinage (43) ou (44) de sorte que l'établissement d'une pression au cours d'un freinage normal, non régulé, s'effectue sans aucune perturbation.
