(FR) DISPOSITIF DE PRODUCTION DE STRUCTURES MICROPOREUSES
Abstract:
(EN) A device intended for fining bubbles generated on the surface of a hollow filament yarn while imparting flowing speed to fluid in contact with the surface of the hollow filament yarn without using power of machines such as pumps. The device is provided with cylindrical bodies (1, 4 or 11) disposed in liquid stored in a vessel (8) and spaced from the bottom surface of said vessel (8) so that the open parts of said cylindrical bodies are directed upwardand downward respectively, a narrow passage (6 or 6a) formed to extend vertically between the cylindrical bodies with the both ends opened upward and downward respectively, a hollow filament yarn (3) in a fixed length inserted into said passage to be held thereby so as to be spaced from the inner surface of the passage and closed at a tip, and a pressurized gas feeding pipe (7) connected to a base end opened for feeding pressurized gas into the inside of said hollow filament yarn.
(FR) Le dispositif décrit sert à produire des bulles trés petites sur la surface d'un filament creux tout en conférant une vitesse d'écoulement au fluide en contact avec la surface du filament creux sans utiliser de machines, telles que des pompes. Le dispositif comporte des corps cylindriques (1,4 ou 11) immergés dans un liquide contenu dans un récipient (8) et placés à distance de la surface du fond du récipient (8), de façon à ce que les parties ouvertes des corps cylindriques soient orientées vers le haut et vers le bas respectivement, un interstice (6 ou 6a) conçu de façon à s'étendre verticalement entre les corps cylindriques avec ses deux extrémités ouvertes vers le haut et vers le bas respectivement, un filament creux (3) qui est introduit sur une longueur fixe dans l'interstice, de façon à être maintenu dans cet interstice à distance de sa surface interne, et qui est fermé à une extrémité, ainsi qu'un tuyau d'amenée de gaz pressurisé (7) relié à une extrémité de base ouverte pour permettre l'acheminement du gaz pressurisé à l'intérieur du filament creux.
