Abstract:
(EN) A method and apparatus (10) for cooking food products has first and second sections of thermally conductive moving belt (11, 61) that are pulled over crowned hot plates (14, 62) to cook food product atop of the belt sections (11, 61). An improved structure of reduced cost keeps the belt sections running true and in direct conductive contact with the hot plates (14, 62). The improved construction provides for easy disassembly and cleaning without tools. The machine has an improved food roller (64) for making roll-ups, and an improved scraper structure and suspension (26) for removing cooked food from the belt sections (11, 61). The method and apparatus will make crepes, filled crepes, roll-ups, omelettes, french toast, pancakes, and other cooked foods both from pre-fabricated items and/or liquid batters, with or without fillings.
(FR) Appareil (10) destiné à la cuisson de produits alimentaires, comportant une bande mobile conductrice de chaleur formée de deux sections (11, 61) passant sur des plaques chauffantes bombées (14, 62) et permettant de cuire des aliments sur la surface de ces deux sections de bande (11, 61). Une structure améliorée destinée à réduire les frais assure la continuité de roulement de ces sections de bande et le contact conducteur direct avec les plaques chauffantes (14, 62). Cette structure améliorée permet un démontage et un nettoyage faciles, sans outils. Cet appareil possède un rouleau amélioré (64) pour préparer les aliments roulés et une structure de raclage et une suspension améliorées (26) permettant d'ôter les aliments cuits des sections de bande (11, 61). Il prépare les crèpes, les crèpes fourrées, les roulés, les omelettes, le pain perdu, les galettes et autres aliments, à la fois à partir de composants préparés à l'avance et/ou de pâtes liquides, avec ou sans garniture.
