Abstract:
(EN) An audio surveillance discouragement apparatus or system comprising, at least, first generating device (11), second generating device (13) first speaker (15) and second speaker (17). The first speaker (15) is coupled to the first generating device (11), and the second speaker (17) is coupled to the second generating device (13). The first generating device (11) generates a first signal having a plurality of voice signals, synthesized vocal signals, and dummy intelligence signals, mixed with an audio frequency spectrum, which is approximately divided into a plurality of frequency bands with each of the frequency bands randomly and independently increasing or decreasing in volume, and may have a 20 dB pocket near 500 Hz. The second generating device (13) generates a second signal which is nonsynchronous with the first signal. The second signal is identical in construction to the first signal, but is unique in identity and characteristics. Additional signals are constructed in the same manner and generated in the same manner. The first speaker (15) radiates the first signal. The second speaker (17) radiates the second signal. Additional speakers radiate additional signals. All speakers are located a distance from each other for spatially mixing the radiated signals.
(FR) Appareil ou système de dissuasion de la surveillance audio comportant, au moins, un premier dispositif générateur (11), un deuxième dispositif générateur (13), un premier haut-parleur (15) et un deuxième haut-parleur (17). Le premier haut-parleur (15) est couplé au premier dispositif générateur (11), et le deuxième haut-parleur (17) est couplé au deuxième dispositif générateur (13). Le premier dispositif générateur (11) génère un premier signal comprenant une pluralité de signaux vocaux, de signaux vocaux synthétisés, et de signaux de communication fictifs, mélangé avec un spectre de fréquences audio qui est divisé en une pluralité de bandes de fréquences dont chacune monte ou descend en volume de manière indépendante et aléatoire, et pouvant posséder une poche de 20 dB proche de 500 Hz. Le deuxième dispositif générateur (13) génère un deuxième signal qui n'est pas synchrone avec le premier signal. La configuration du deuxième signal est identique à celle du premier signal, mais a une identité et des caractéristiques propres.
