Abstract:
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft eine Hochspannungsschaltung mit Hochspannungsschalter, insbesondere als Zündspannungsverteiler für die Zündspannung einer Brennkraftmaschine, der eine aus einer Vielzahl von in Reihe geschalteten optoelektrischen Halbleiterelementen bestehende Kaskadenschaltung aufweist. Für einen einfachen und platzsparenden Aufbau ist vorgesehen, daß die Kaskadenschaltung (6) von aufgestapelten Halbleiterchips (9) gebildet wird, die an ihren eine Außenseite (10) des Chipstapels (11) bildenden Umfangsflächen (12) lichtempfindliche Steuerbereiche (13) aufweisen.
(EN) The invention concerns a high-tension circuit with a high-voltage switch, in particular one used as a spark-voltage distributor in an internal-combustion engine. The switch has a cascade circuit comprising a multiplicity of series-connected electro-optical semiconductor elements. In order to give a simple, compact design, the cascade circuit (6) is made up of stacked semiconductor chips (9) which have light-sensitive control zones (13) on the edges (12) forming the outside (10) of the stack (11) of chips.
(FR) La présente invention se rapporte à un circuit haute tension avec commutateur haute tension, servant en particulier de distributeur de la tension d'allumage d'un moteur à combustion interne. Ledit distributeur présente un montage en cascade constitué d'une pluralité d'éléments semiconducteurs électro-optiques montés en série. En vue d'une structure simple et peu encombrante, il est prévu de constituer le montage en cascade (6) de puces semiconductrices (9) empilées. Les puces présentent ainsi des plages de réglage photosensibles (13) sur leurs surfaces circonférentielles (12) formant une des faces externes (10) de l'empilement (11).
