Abstract:
(EN) An energy absorption device comprising: an elongate body (103) arranged along a longitudinal axis to receive an axial impact force at a first end thereof; apparatus arranged adjacent a second end of the body for deformation thereof; die apparatus (104) for producing deformation of the body and ring fixed to the die apparatus (104) and surrounding the body. Also disclosed is a repeatable energy absorption device including crushing apparatus having threaded apparatus on its outside surface. Upon receipt of the axial impact, the first end of the body moves from a first position away from the crushing apparatus to a second position closer to the crushing apparatus. The device additionally inludes threaded sleeve apparatus (106) having a first end for supporting the crushing apparatus and for moving the crushing apparatus toward the first end after the axial impact to return the first end of the body to the first position.
(FR) L'invention se rapporte à un dispositif amortissant les forces de choc, qui comprend: un corps allongé (103) disposé le long d'un axe longitudinal et destiné à recevoir une force de choc axiale à une première extrémité; un appareil disposé adjacent à une seconde extrémité du corps pour permettre sa déformation; un appareil de frappe (104) servant à produire la déformation du corps; ainsi qu'un anneau fixé à l'appareil de frappe (104) et entourant le corps. Est également décrit un dispositif amortissant les chocs répétés, qui comprend un appareil d'écrasement comportant un appareil fileté sur sa surface externe. Lorsqu'elle reçoit le choc axail, la première extrémité du corps se déplace d'une première position distante de l'appareil d'écrasement vers une seconde position plus proche de l'appareil d'écrasement. Le dispositif comprend en outre un appareil à manchon fileté (106) comportant une première extrémité qui sert à soutenir l'appareil d'écrasement et à déplacer l'appareil d'écrasement vers le première extrémité, après le choc axial, pour ramener la première extrémité du corps dans sa première position.
