Abstract:
(EN) A revolving drive shaft (16) formed on the side opposite to a revolving spiral impeller (11) of a revolving end plate (12) is coupled into an eccentric bearing eccentrically provided in a main shaft of a crankshaft (6), the crankshaft (6) is connnected to a rotor of an electric motor and supported at an end thereof opposite to the main shaft of this crankshaft by an upper roller bearing, a floating suppressing plate (24) for preventing the crankshaft (6) from excessively floating upwardly is disposed on and fixed to the top surface of the upper bearing, the crankshaft (6) is formed into a stepped from in which a portion connected to the rotor (5) is larger than a fitting portion with the upper bearing (21), a resilient member (26) is disposed between the stepped surface and the end face of an inner race of the upper bearing (21), and a very small gap is formed between the floating suppressing plate (24) and an end of the crankshaft (6) which is opposite to the main shaft of the crankshaft (6). The resilient force of the resilient member (26) is made to act as a prestress on the inner race of the bearing in the axial direction, so that vibrations of the shaft system in the axial direction and abnormal noises caused in the bearing by the resonance can be avoided.
(FR) Un arbre de commande rotatif (16) formé sur le côté opposé à un rotor hélicoïdal rotatif (11) d'une plaque terminale rotative (12) est couplé dans un palier d'excentrique monté de manière excentrique dans un arbre principal d'un vilebrequin (6), ce dernier est relié à un rotor d'un moteur électrique et supporté, à une extrémité opposée à l'arbre principal de ce vilebrequin, par un roulement supérieur à rouleaux, une plaque supprimant le flottement (24) pour empêcher le vilebrequin (6) de flotter excessivement vers le haut est disposée sur et fixée à la surface supérieure du roulement supérieur. Le vilebrequin (6) présente des gradins, et la partie connectée au rotor (5) est plus grande qu'une partie de montage dans le roulement supérieur (21). Un élément élastique (26) est disposé entre la surface à gradins et la face terminale d'une cage intérieure du roulement supérieur (21), et un très faible espace est formé entre la plaque supprimant le flottement (24) et une extrémité du vilebrequin (6) qui est opposée à son arbre principal. La force élastique de l'élément élastique (26) est amenée à faire office de précontrainte sur la cage intérieure du roulement dans le sens axial, ce qui permet d'éviter les vibrations du vilebrequin dans le sens axial et le bruit anormal provoqué dans le roulement par la résonance.
