Abstract:
(EN) A scroll compressor in such a structure that: a main shaft formed on one end of the crank shaft (6) for revolution-driving the revolving vortex blade members (11) is supported by the main bearing; a revolving driving shaft (16) formed on the side opposite to the revolving vortex blades (11) of a revolving end plate (12) is fitted into an eccentric bearing eccentrically provided inside the main shaft of the crank shaft (6); the crank shaft (6) is coupled to the rotor (5) of the motor (3); an end of the crank shaft (6) opposite to the main shaft thereof is supported by a roller type upper bearing (21); a floating-suppressive plate (24) for preventing excessive upward floating of the crank shaft (6) is fixedly disposed on the underside of the upper bearing (21); the crank shaft (6) is stepped to be larger in diameter at a part thereof coupled to the rotor (5) than at a part fitted in the upper bearing (21) and is fixed to a support member supported by both end surfaces of the inner race of the upper bearing (21) while hoisted by a fixing member; and a minute gap is formed between the stepped part A of the crank shaft (6) and floating-suppressive plate. Since weight of the crank shaft system acts as pre-stress on the inner race of the roller type upper bearing (21), abnormal noise from the upper bearing (21) caused by axial vibration of the shaft system and resonance can be prevented.
(FR) Un compresseur à hélice comporte la structure suivante: un arbre principal formé sur une extrémité du vilebrequin (6) pour entraîner en rotation les pales rotatives à tourbillon libre (11) est supporté par le palier principal; un arbre de commande rotatif (16), formé sur le côté opposé aux pales rotatives (11) d'une plaque terminale rotative (12), est emboîté dans un palier d'excentrique monté de manière excentrique à l'intérieur de l'arbre principal du vilebrequin (6); ce dernier est couplé au rotor (5) du moteur (3); une extrémité du vilebrequin (6) opposée à l'arbre principal de celui-ci est supportée par un roulement supérieur du type à rouleaux (21); une plaque supprimant le flottement (24) pour empêcher un flottement excessif vers le haut du vilebrequin est solidarisée sur la face inférieure du roulement supérieur (21); le vilebrequin (6) comporte des gradins pour présenter au niveau de la partie couplée au rotor (5) un diamètre plus grand qu'au niveau de la partie montée dans le roulement supérieur (21), et est fixé à un élément de support supporté par les deux surfaces terminales de la cage intérieure du roulement supérieur (21) tout en étant soulevé par un élément de fixation; et un espace minuscule est ménagé entre la partie à gradins (A) du vilebrequin (6) et la plaque supprimant le flottement. Le poids du vilebrequin faisant office de précontrainte sur la cage intérieure du roulement supérieur du type à rouleaux (21), on supprime ainsi le bruit anormal de ce dernier provoqué par la vibration axiale du vilebrequin et la résonance.
