Abstract:
(EN) A scroll compressor in which: an annular ring (94) to separate the side of high pressure lubricant space (oil chamber A (78a)) communicating with spiral oil grooves (41a), (41b) formed on the sliding surface of a bearing (18b) for inducing viscosity-pump action and with a main bearing (12) from the side of a back-pressure chamber (39) provided on the side opposite to the compression chamber of a revolving scroll (18) is provided between a main body frame (5) and the revolving scroll (18); and a pressure difference oil feeding passage passing in order through the discharge oil reservoir (34) on which discharge pressure acts, high pressure lubricant space (oil chamber A), back-pressure chamber (39), and compression chamber is formed; whereby lubricant oil can be stably fed to the revolving bearing (18b) and the back-pressure chamber (39) taking advantage of pressure difference, wear of the bearing part can be prevented and a gap can be maintained so as to ensure increase in compression efficiency and durability.
(FR) Compresseur à hélice comportant un élément annulaire (94) grâce auquel le côté lubrifiant (chambre d'huile A (78a)) sous haute pression, communiquant avec des gorges d'huile (41a et 41b) en spirale, formées sur la surface de glissement d'un palier (18b) afin d'entraîner une pompe à viscosité, et avec un palier principal (22) est séparé du côté chambre (39) de contre-pression, ménagée en face de la chambre de compression d'une hélice (18) rotative, disposée entre un cadre (5) de corps principal et l'hélice (18) rotative. Un passage d'acheminement d'huile à différence de pression est prévu, passant successivement dans le réservoir (34) d'huile de refoulement soumis à une pression de refoulement, l'espace de lubrifiant (chambre d'huile A) sous haute pression, la chambre (39) de contre-pression, et la chambre de compression. De cette manière on peut acheminer de manière stable de l'huile lubrifiante jusqu'au palier (18b) rotatif et à la chambre (39) de contre-pression, en tirant avantage de la différence de pression. On peut ainsi empêcher l'usure de la partie de palier, et maintenir un écart afin d'assurer une augmentation de l'efficacité et de la durabilité de la compression.
