Abstract:
(EN) A technology for effectively stabilizing immobilized enzymes related to carbonhydrates, by immobilizing an enzyme stabilizer together with an enzyme on a carrier. The stabilizer includes a compound represented by general formula (I), (wherein R represents hydrogen, a lower alkyl, a hydroxyalkyl, a phenylalkyl, a phenylalkenyl, a phenylalkynyl, a phenoxyalkyl, a phenoxyalkenyl or a phenoxyalkynyl, each of the phenyl groups being optionally substituted, and X represents hydrogen or an axial or equatorial hydroxyl group), a glucose oligomer thereof and an $g(a)-cyclodextrin. According to the invention, the amount of the stabilizer can be minimized and the stabilizer can readily be recovered from the reaction mixture.
(FR) Technique de stabilisation efficace d'enzymes immobilisées relatives aux hydrates de carbones, par l'immobilisation d'un stabilisateur d'enzymes en combinaison avec une enzyme sur un support. Le stabilisateur comprend un composé représenté par la formule générale (I) (où R représente hydrogène, un alkyle inférieur, un hydroxyalkyle, un phénylalkyle, un phénylalcényle, un phénylalkynyle, un phénoxyalkyle, un phénoxyalcényle ou un phénoxyalkynyle, chacun des groupes phényle étant éventuellement substitué, et X représe hydrogène ou un groupe hydroxyle axial ou équatorial), un oligomère de glucose dudit composé et une $g(a)-cyclodextrine. Selon l'invention, on peut réduire au minimum la quantité de stabilisateur et on peut extraire aisément le stabilisateur du mélange de réaction.
