Abstract:
(EN) Novel carbonyl hydrolase mutants derived from the DNA sequences of naturally-occurring or recombinant non-human carbonyl hydrolases are disclosed. The mutant carbonyl hydrolases, in general, are obtained by $i(in vitro) modification of a precursor DNA sequence encoding the naturally-occurring or recombinant carbonyl hydrolase to generate the substitution of one or more amino acid residues in the amino acid sequence of a precursor carbonyl hydrolase. Such mutant carbonyl hydrolases have porperties which are different from those of the precursor hydrolase and are especially useful in detergent formulations. The substituted amino acid residues correspond to position +123 and/or +274 in $i(Bacillus amyloliquefaciens) subtilisin.
(FR) L'invention concerne de nouveaux mutants de carbonyle hydrolase dérivés de séquences ADN de carbonyles hydrolases naturelles ou recombinantes non humaines. Les carbonyles hydrolases mutantes, en général, sont obtenues par modification $i(in vitro) d'une séquence ADN précurseur codant la carbonyle hydrolase naturelle ou recombinante pour générer la substitution d'un ou plusieurs restes d'acides aminés dans la séquence d'acides aminés d'une carbonyle hydrolase précurseur. De telles carbonyles hydrolases mutantes ont des propriétés qui sont différentes de celles de l'hydrolase précurseur et sont particulièrement utiles dans des compositions détergentes. Les restes d'acides aminés substitués correspondent à la position +123 et/ou +274 dans la subtilisine du $i(Bacillus amyloliquefaciens).
