Abstract:
(EN) Factor-dependent cell line, HU-01, provides the first $i(in vitro) system in which human CD34 positive hematopoietic cells have been induced to undergo complete differentiation into enucleated hemoglobin-containing erythrocytes. HU-01 cells may provide a source of monoclonal antibodies useful for early diagnosis and possible treatment of human leukemia conditions, as well as of regulatory factors having therapeutic utility.
(FR) Une chaîne de cellules dépendant des facteurs HU-01, offre le premier système $i(in vitro) dans lequel des cellules humaines hématopoiétiques CD34 positives ont été induites pour subir une différenciation complète dans des érythrocytes dénoyautés contenant de l'hémoglobine. Les cellules HU-01 peuvent fournir une source d'anticorps monoclonaux utiles pour le diagnostic précoce et le traitement éventuel d'états leucémiques chez l'homme, ainsi que des facteurs de régulation ayant une utilité thérapeutique.
