Abstract:
(DE) Bei der Herstellung sowohl von Kunststoffschäumen wie auch insbesondere bei der Herstellung von Holzwerkstoffen unter Verwendung von Harnstoff-Formaldehyd-Kondensat-Bindemitteln ist das Molverhältnis zwischen Harnstoff und Formaldehyd, sowohl für die sich ergebende Endfestigkeit, wie auch das Vorhandensein von freiem Formaldehydgas entscheidend. Um bei einem günstigen Molverhältnis die Menge des in dem Holzwerkstoff verbleibenden Formaldehydgases zu reduzieren und gleichzeitig, auch bei Kunststoffschäumen wie auch bei Isocyanat verleimten Holzwerkstoffen, einen effektiven Brandschutz zu bewirken, wird nach der Erfindung eine Wirkstoffkombination vorgeschlagen, die als Granulat mit einer Korngröße von 80 my bis 1.500 my den Ausgangsrohstoffen beizumengen ist.
(EN) In the manufacture of synthetic foams and also especially in that of timber materials using urea-formaldehyde condensate binders, the mol ratio between urea and formaldehyde is decisive for the resultant final rigidity and the presence of free gaseous formaldehyde. In order, with a favourable mol ratio, to reduce the quantity of gaseous formaldehyde remaining in the timber material and at the same time to obtain effective fire resistance in both synthetic foams and timber materials adhesively secured with isocyanate, the invention proposes a combination of effective substances to be added to the initial raw materials as a granulate with a grain size of 80 to 1,500 my.
(FR) Lors de la fabrication de produits mousses en matière plastique et notamment, de matériaux dérivés du bois compressés, avec utilisation de liants à base d'un condensat urée-formaldéhyde, le rapport molaire entre l'urée et le formaldéhyde est un facteur déterminant, à la fois pour la résistance finale obtenue et pour la présence de formaldéhyde libre sous forme gazeuse. Afin de réduire, tout en maintenant un rapport molaire avantageux, la quantité de formaldéhyde gazeux demeurant dans le matériau dérivé du bois, et d'obtenir, en même temps, une protection efficace contre le feu, aussi bien pour des mousses de matière plastique que pour des matériaux dérivés du bois collés à l'isocyanate, il est proposé, selon l'invention, une combinaison de matière active qui est incorporée aux produits bruts de départ, sous forme de granulat ayant une granulométrie de 80 my à 1500 my.
