Abstract:
(EN) The flexible screw in accordance with the present invention is equipped with a flexible rod and a cord disposed helically on the rod. The screw can be arranged not only in a linear transfer line but also in a curve transfer line. Therefore, it is possible to make container transfer smooth and simplify the construction of a container transfer apparatus, thereby reducing the installation cost. It can also reduce wear of the pipe in the transfer of powder or granules. A container transfer apparatus of the present invention includes an arrangement in which the screws described above, or the screw and a guide, are spaced apart in parallel to transfer containers held between them by rotating the screw. The container transfer thus can be made smoothly even in a curve line. Moreover, the maintenance cost of the screws can be reduced and wear of rails can be limited considerably, as well. The transfer apparatus for powder and granules in accordance with the present invention can reduce wear of the pipe.
(FR) La vis transporteuse flexible décrite est munie d'une tige flexible et d'un câble disposé de façon hélicoïdale sur la tige. Cette vis transporteuse peut être installée non seulement dans une ligne de transfert linéaire mais également dans une ligne de transfert courbe. Grâce à une telle vis, on peut effectuer le transfert de récipients sans à-coups et simplifier la construction d'un appareil de transfert de récipients, ce qui permet de réduire les coûts d'installation. On peut également réduire l'usure du tube de la ligne de transfert, lorsque de telles vis sont utilisées pour le transfert de poudres ou de granulés avançant dans une ligne de transfert à tube. Un appareil de transfert de récipients équipé de telles vis est constitué par un agencement dans lequel les vis ou la vis et un guide sont espacés parallèlement, de façon à maintenir les récipients serrés entre eux pour permettre leur transfert par rotation de la vis. Le transfert des récipients peut ainsi s'effectuer sans à-coups même dans une ligne de transfert courbe. En outre, les coûts de maintenance des vis peuvent être réduits et l'usure des rails peut être considérablement limitée. Un appareil de transfert pour poudres et granulés équipé de telles vis permet de réduire également l'usure du tube de la ligne de transfert.
