Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a composite material manufactured from at least a non-thermotropic, thermoplastic, at least partly crystallizable polymer, copolymer or polymer blend. The composite material contains so-called self-reinforced structure especially for achieving the strength properties, the self-reinforced structure containing (a) binding material and (b) strengthening structure units. Said components (a) and (b) have the same chemical element composition. The composite material of this invention is in a particulate state, into which state it has been reduced, after manufacturing of the composite material, in at least one stage where a larger piece of the composite material is reduced to particulate pieces. The particulate composite material is aimed to be used as a manufacturing material for pieces to be manufactured especially by melt moulding techniques.
(FR) On décrit un matériau composite constitué d'au moins un polymère, copolymère ou mélange polymère non thermotropique, thermoplastique et au moins en partie cristallisable. Le matériau composite possède ce qu'il convient d'appeler une structure auto-renforçante destinée notamment à obtenir des caractéristiques de résistance. La structure auto-renforçante contient (a) un matériau de liaison et (b) des unités de structure renforçantes. Lesdits composants (a) et (b) ont la même composition d'éléments chimiques. Ledit matériau composite se trouve dans un état particulaire auquel il a été réduit, après la fabrication du matériau composite, lors d'au moins une étape au cours de laquelle l'on réduit une masse plus grande du matériau composite en des morceaux particulaires. Le matériau composite particulaire est destiné à l'utilisation comme matériau de fabrication pour les pièces devant être fabriquées notamment au moyen des techniques de moulage par fusion.
