Abstract:
(EN) A laser printer is disclosed which is adapted to be used for color imaging. The printer (10) comprises three diode lasers (97), each of which emits a light beam at a different wavelength. Each of the light beams passes along a separate channel (a-c) to a pair of dichroic plates (18, 20) which combine the three beams into a single combined beam. The combined beam is scanned by a polygon (40) onto a receiving medium (46) which is sensitive to the infrared. Two cylindrical lenses (29a, 30a, 29b, 30b, 29c, 30c) in each channel are used to focus the beam in the channel at a registration plane (32) located after the dichroic plates (18, 20). An optical relay (38) is used to transfer the combined beam from the registration plane (32) to the polygon (40) and to focus the beam in a cross-scan direction on the polygon (40). The polygon (40) is optically conjugated to the image plane in order to achieve cross-scan error correction.
(FR) Imprimante à laser adaptée pour être utilisée en imagerie couleur. L'imprimante (10) comprend trois lasers à diodes (97), dont chacun émet un faisceau de lumière à une longueur d'onde différente. Chacun des faisceaux de lumière passe le long d'un canal séparé (a à c) jusqu'à une paire de plaques dichroïques (18, 20), lesquelles combinent les trois faisceaux en un seul faisceau combiné. Un polygone (40) fait passer le faisceau combiné sur un support récepteur (46), lequel est sensible à l'infrarouge. Deux lentilles cylindriques (29a, 30a, 29b, 30b, 29c, 30c) situées dans chaque canal, servent à focaliser le faisceau dans le canal au niveau d'un plan de cadrage (32) situé après les plaques dichroïques (18, 20). On utilise un relais optique (38) afin de transférer le réseau combiné du plan de cadrage (32) au polygone (40) et afin de focaliser le faisceau dans un sens de balayage transversal sur le polygone (40). Le polygone (40) est optiquement conjugué au plan d'image, afin d'obtenir une correction d'erreur de balayage transversal.
