Abstract:
(EN) A communication system (10) has at least one communication resource controller (28) for allocating a limited number of communication resources among a plurality of communication units. The communication resource controller monitors the communication resources and maintains a data library of the level and duration of any interference of the communication resources. The communication units (20 and 22) are constructed and arranged to communicate information on any of the communication resources. Any one of the plurality of communication units can initiate access to a communication resource by transmitting a request therefor. In response to a proper request, the communication resource controller (28) assigns a communication resource to the communication units in accordance with the data retrieved from the interference data library.
(FR) Un système de transmission (10) comprend au moins un contrôleur de ressources de transmission (28) pour assigner un nombre limité de ressources de transmission parmi une pluralité d'unités de transmission. Ledit contrôleur contrôle les ressources de transmission et maintient une bibliothèque de données concernant le niveau et la durée de toute interférence desdites ressources de transmission. Les unités de transmission (20 et 22) sont conçues et disposées de manière à communiquer des informations sur toute ressource de transmission. Chaque unité de transmission peut initier l'accès à une ressource de transmission en transmettant une demande d'accès. Le contrôleur (28) de ressources de transmission, en réponse à une demande correcte, assigne une ressource de transmission aux unités de transmission en fonction des données récupérées de la bibliothèque de données d'interférence.
