(FR) PROCEDE DE CONVERSION DE LA POSITION ANGULAIRE D'UN ARBRE EN UN CODE
Abstract:
(EN) A method for conversion of a shaft's angular position into a code providing for generation, during the rotation of the shaft, of three pulse sequences, the number of pulses of the first two of which is proportional to the angular position of the shaft, whereas the sign of their mutual phase shift characterizes the direction of its rotation. A fourth pulse sequence is additionally generated, the rotation of the shaft being effected until the occurrence of the first pulse of the fourth sequence, and a code of the shaft's angular displacement is determined at the current moment of time in relation to a basic reference point, by counting the number of pulses of the first or the second sequence from the moment of appearance of the first pulse of the third sequence. A device for implementation of the method for conversion of the shaft's angular position into a code is provided with a synchronization unit (4) and with an additional reversible counter (5), the first (4a) and the second (4b) input of the synchronization unit (4) being connected, respectively, to the fourth (1d) and the third (1c) output of a displacement pick-up (1), and the third (4c) and the fourth (4d) input of the synchronization unit (4) being connected, respectively, to the first (2c) and the second (2d) output of a rotation direction determining unit (2).
(FR) Un procédé de conversion de la position angulaire d'un arbre en un code, consiste à produire, pendant la rotation de l'arbre, trois séquences d'impulsions, le nombre d'impulsions des deux premières desdites séquences est proportionnel à la position angulaire de l'arbre, tandis que le signe de leur décalage de phase mutuelle caractérise le sens de sa rotation. On produit également une quatrième séquence d'impulsions, la rotation de l'arbre étant effectuée jusqu'à l'apparition de la première impulsion de la quatrième séquence, et l'on détermine un code du déplacement angulaire de l'arbre, à un moment effectif de temps par rapport à un point de référence de base, par comptage du nombre d'impulsions de la première ou de la seconde séquence, à partir du moment de l'apparition de la première impulsion de la troisième séquence. Un dispositif de mise en ÷uvre du procédé de conversion de la position angulaire d'un arbre en un code, est doté d'une unité (4) de synchronisation et d'un compteur (5) réversible supplémentaire, la première (4a) et la seconde (4b) entrée de ladite unité (4) de synchronisation étant connectée respectivement, à la quatrième (1d) et à la troisième (1c) sortie d'un détecteur (1) de déplacement, et les troisième (4c) et quatrième entrées de ladite unité (4) de synchronisation étant connectées, respectivement, aux première (2c) et seconde (2d) sorties d'une unité (2) de détermination de sens de rotation.
