Abstract:
(EN) A coin handling system includes two coin escrows which receive respectively high and low denomination coins. Each escrow comprises a helical structure with coins individually supported between successive turns of the helix. Each helical structure can store coins of any denomination in any location, and has exits at both ends to allow control over the sequence in which the coins are sent to a cash box.
(FR) Système de manipulation de pièces de monnaie comprenant deux réceptacles à pièces qui reçoivent respectivement des pièces à haute et basse dénomination. Chaque réceptacle comprend une struture hélicoïdale avec des pièces soutenues individuellement entre les tours successifs de l'hélice. Chaque structure hélicoïdale peut stocker des pièces de toute valeur à tout emplacement et possède des sorties aux deux extrémités pour permettre de contrôler le moment auquel les pièces sont envoyées dans une caisse.
