Abstract:
(DE) Bei einem Magnetventil, das der Absperrung einer Kraftstoffsaugleitung (10) zur Versorgung eines Pumpenarbeitsraumes einer Kraftstoffeinspritzpumpe mit Kraftstoff dient, weist am Schließteil (28) eine stirnseitig eintretende Bohrung (50) auf, die durch ein Ventilglied (61) unter Einwirkung einer Schließfeder (57) verschließbar ist. Bei Auftreten von Druckstößen in dem vom Schließteil (28) verschlossenen, zum Pumpenarbeitsraum führenden Saugleitungsteil (31) wird nicht das Schließteil (28) und der gesamte Querschnitt des Saugleitungsteils (31) geöffnet, sondern nur der Querschnitt der Bohrung (50). Diese Bohrung wird durch das massearme Ventilglied (61) nach erfolgtem Aufstoßen schnell wieder geschlossen, so daß nur geringe Kraftstoffmengen zum Druckausgleich über die Bohrung (50) fließen können.
(EN) In a magnetic valve serving to block a fuel inlet line (10) to supply a pump working chamber of a fuel injection pump with fuel, the closing component (28) has a drilling (50) penetrating from the front which can be closed off by a valve member (61) under the action of a closing spring (57). On the occurrence of pressure surges in the intake line section (31) closed off by the closing member (28) and leading to the pump working chamber, the closing member (28) and the entire cross-section of the intake line section (31) is not opened but only the cross-section of the drilling (50). This drilling is quickly closed again by the low-mass valve member (61) after the surge has passed so that only small quantities of fuel can flow via the drilling (50) to equalise the pressure.
(FR) Une électrovanne servant à la coupure d'une conduite d'aspiration de carburant (10) pour l'alimentation en carburant d'un espace de travail d'une pompe d'injection de carburant, présente sur la partie de fermeture (28) un trou (50) entrant par le devant et pouvant être obturé au moyen d'un élément de soupape (61) sous l'effet d'un ressort de fermeture (57). En présence d'à-coups de pression dans le tronçon de la conduite d'aspiration (31) obturée par la partie de fermeture (28) et menant vers l'espace de travail de la pompe, la partie de fermeture (28) et toute la section de la partie de la conduite d'aspiration (31) ne s'ouvrent pas, mais uniquement la section du trou (50). Ce trou, après avoir été ouvert, est rapidement refermé par l'élément de soupape (61) à faible masse, de façon que seulement de faibles quantités de carburant puissent passer à travers le trou (50) en vue de l'égalisation de pression.
