Abstract:
(EN) The installation is comprised of a gate of which the leaf (3) is supported by a vertical shaft (5) rotationaly driven by motor (9) servo-controlled by a control system which includes a photoelectric cell capable of detecting the penetration of a person in a corresponding passage, in the authorized direction, in order to make the shaft (5) of the gate turn in the opening direction. The installation is also comprised of a central system for managing the operation of the gate and for actuating the motor (9) in one direction and in the opposite direction, and such managing system is servocontrolled by electromechanically control means (17) for both directions of rotation of the shaft (5) of the gate (2) as well as for the angular position of said shaft. In the case of rotation of the gate in an unauthorized direction, while the gate was previously closed or during its opening, this managing system is capable of controlling on the one hand the operation of a warning apparatus and on the other hand maintaining in operation or setting in operation a device (13, 14) for braking the shaft (5) of the gate, such braking device being capable of slowing down the shaft through out its rotation in the unauthorized direction while allowing such rotation under the effect of a pushing force exceeding a predetermined value.
(FR) L'installation comportre un portillon dont le battant (3) est porté par un arbre vertical (5) entraîné en rotation par un moteur (9) asservi à un système de commande qui comprend une cellule photo-électrique apte à détecter la pénétration d'une personne dans le passage correspondant, dans le sens autorisé, pour faire alors tourner l'arbre (5) du portillon dans le sens de l'ouverture. L'installation comporte également un système central de gestion du fonctionnement du portillon et de la mise en action du moteur (9) dans un sens et dans l'autre, et ce système de gestion est asservi à des moyens de contrôle électro-mécanique (17) de l'un et l'autre sens de rotation de l'arbre (5) du portillon (2) ainsi que de la position angulaire de cet arbre. En cas de rotation de ce portillon dans le sens non autorisé alors qu'il était auparavant fermé ou en cours d'ouverture, ce système de gestion est apte à commander alors d'une part la mise en action d'un appareil avertisseur et d'autre part le maintien ou la mise en fonctionnement d'un dispositif (13-14) de freinage de l'arbre (5) du portillon qui est apte à le freiner pendant toute sa rotation dans le sens non-autorisé tout en permettant cette rotation sous l'effet d'une poussée dépassant une valeur déterminée.
