Abstract:
(EN) A system of injection-molding a super-precision product by an injection machine with a mold (10) comprises conventional fundamental steps including a material plasticizing and metering step, an injection step and a material pressure-holding step, with additional features in that a nozzle passage (Y) enlarged in volume, extending from a machine body (2) to a cavity gate (10a) is interrupted midway therealong by a valve (40) from communication with the interior of the body, after the injection step but while the pressure-holding step is being carried out. The pressure-holding step is carried out at least using the valve (40) for exerting an internal pressure on a forward portion of the injected material separated due to the passage interruption, and compacted in a fixed closed space (X) limited by the valve including a mold cavity, during which step a next plasticizing and metering step is commenced. An instantaneous remetering step is carried out such that the material in the fixed closed space (X) is adjusted to a predetermined value in amount in every shot by regulating its internal pressure to a corresponding value with a possible excess part of the material being discharged out of the machine system.
(FR) Un système de moulage à injection d'un produit de très grande précision à l'aide d'une machine de moulage pourvue d'un moule (10) comprend des étapes de base habituelles, à savoir une étape de plastification et de dosage de matériau, une étape d'injection et une étape de maintien sous pression du matériau. Les caractéristiques supplémentaires consistent en ce qu'un passage de buse (Y) de volume agrandi, s'étendant d'un corps de machine (2) jusqu'à une porte de cavité (10a) est interrompu à mi-chemin par une soupape (40) empêchant la communication avec l'intérieur du corps, après l'étape d'injection mais pendant l'étape de maintien de pression. On effectue l'étape de maintien de pression au moins en utilisant la soupape (40) pour exercer une pression interne sur une partie avant du matériau injecté, séparé par l'interruption du passage, et tassé dans un espace fermé fixe (X) délimité par la soupape comprenant une cavité de moulage; pendant cette étape, on commence l'étape de plastification et de dosage suivante. On effectue une étape de redosage instantané, de sorte que le matériau dans l'espace fermé fixe (X) est ajusté à une quantité déterminée à chaque injection, en régulant sa pression interne à une valeur correspondante, une partie excédentaire éventuelle du matériau étant expulsée par le système.
