Abstract:
(EN) Method and apparatus for cleaning a storage or transport tank or similar receptacle by spraying a cleaning agent against the interior wall using at least one spray nozzle, said nozzle making a rotating movement in a plane, while said plane is simultaneously revolved around an axis which makes an angle with the axis of rotation of the nozzle, the point of impingement of a jet of cleaning agent delivered by the nozzle describing a track over the interior wall of the container, said track passing a plurality of times a closed circumferential line on the wall of the tank, which line is chosen as a reference, wherein the nozzle or each nozzle is so controlled that passages of the impingement track that is being described substantially occur in the greatest as yet unintersected portion of said circumferential line, which portion is located between earlier points of intersection of the impingement track and said circumferential line - namely, at distances from said earlier points of intersection which substantially bear a ratio of 1 : (1/2$m(r)5 - 1/2). The number (1/2$m(r)5 - 1/2) is known as the Golden Section and can be found by approximation by means of the Fibonacci series.
(FR) Procédé et appareil servant à nettoyer un réservoir de stockage ou de transport ou un récipient semblable, comprenant l'application par pulvérisation d'un agent de nettoyage sur la paroi interne dudit réservoir au moyen d'au moins une tuyère à pulvériser qui se déplace de façon rotative dans un plan, tandis que ledit plan tourne simultanément autour d'un axe qui forme un angle avec l'axe de rotation de la tuyère. Le point de contact avec la paroi interne du réservoir d'un jet d'agent de nettoyage sortant de la tuyère suit un parcours qui passe plusieurs fois par une ligne circonférentielle fermée sur la paroi du réservoir, laquelle ligne sert de référence. La tuyère, ou chaque tuyère, est commandée de sorte que le parcours du jet traverse la plus grande section de ladite ligne circonférentielle n'ayant toujours pas été entrecoupée, laquelle section se trouve entre des points d'intersection précédents entre le parcours du jet et ladite ligne circonférentielle; c'est-à-dire, à des distances desdits points d'intersection précédents qui ont un rapport de 1 à (1/2$m(r)5 - 1/2). Le numéro (1/2$m(r)5 - 1/2) est connu sous le nom de ''section d'or'' et peut être trouvé par un calcul approché au moyen de la série de Fibonacci.
