Abstract:
(EN) Graft copolymers are disclosed having formula (I), wherein R and R' are hydrogen, alkyl, and the primary and secondary alkyl halides, a ranges from about 14 to 70,000, b ranges from 0 to about 70,000, c ranges from 0 to about 70,000, d ranges from about 1 to 70,000, X comprises a halogen, and Nu is a nucleophilic residue provided by a thermoplastic polymeric nucleophile having a molecular weight of at least about 1,000 and being sufficiently nucleophilic such that said nucleophile is capable of donating electrons to benzyl halides. Methods for compatibilizing polymer blends utilizing such graft copolymers are also disclosed.
(FR) Copolymères greffés ayant la formule (I), dans laquelle R et R' représentent hydrogène, alkyle et les halogénures d'alkyle primaires et secondaires, a est compris entre environ 14 et 70,000, b est compris entre 0 et environ 70,000, c est compris entre 0 et environ 70,000, d est compris entre environ 1 et 70,000, X comprend un halogène, et Nu représente un reste nucléophile produit par un nucléophile polymère thermoplastique ayant une masse moléculaire d'au moins environ 1000, et étant suffisamment nucléophile de sorte que ledit nucléophile est capable de donner des électrons à des halogénures de benzyle. Des procédés rendant compatibles des mélanges de polymères utilisant lesdits copolymères greffés, sont également décrits.
