Abstract

Die Vorrichtung zur Messung und Anzeige der Glukosekonzentration im Blut besteht aus einem Anzeigegerät (2), in welches wegwerfbare Sensoren (1) mit einer Biomembrane (9) eingesteckt werden können. Das Anzeigegerät (2) besitzt einen eingebauten Rechner (3), in dessen Speicher (7) ein Glukosekonzentrationsdiagramm (5) gespeichert ist und der die Messergebnisse der Sensoren (1) auswerten kann. Der Rechner (3) verfügt über ein Zeitmessgerät (4), dessen Nulleinstellung mit dem Herstellungsdatum der wegwerfbaren Sensoren (1) in unabänderlicher Weise korrelierbar ist. Vor Auslieferung des Gerätes an den Patienten erfolgt eine unabänderliche Eichung des Glukosekonzentrationsdiagrammes, welche den Eigenschaften der Biomembrane (9) der wegwerfbaren Sensoren (1) zum Zeitpunkt ihrer Herstellung entspricht. Mit Hilfe des Zeitmessgerätes (4) erfolgt eine automatische und unabänderliche Korrektur des Glukosekonzentrationsdiagrammes, welche die zeitabhängigen Eigenschaften der Biomembrane (9) der wegwerfbaren Sensoren (1) berücksichtigt.

Described is a device for measuring and displaying the concentration of glucose in the blood. The device consists of a display unit (2) into which disposable sensor units (1) with a biomembrane (9) can be inserted. The display unit (2) has a built-in processor (3) in whose store (7) a glucose-concentration curve (5) is stored and which can analyse the measurement result provided by a sensor (1). The processor has a time-measuring device (4) whose zero setting has a fixed correlation with the date of manufacture of the disposable sensor (1). Before the device is handed over to a patient, the glucose-concentration curve is irreversibly calibrated, the curve corresponding to the characteristics of the sensor biomembrane (9) at the time of manufacture. Using the time-measurement device (4), the glucose-concentration curve is automatically and irreversibly corrected, taking into consideration the time-dependent characteristics of the sensor biomembrane (9).

Le dispositif pour la mesure et l'affichage de la concentration en glucose dans le sang comprend un appareil indicateur (2) dans lequel peuvent être insérés des détecteurs jetables (1) munis d'une biomembrane (9). L'appareil indicateur (2) présente un calculateur intégré (3), dans la mémoire (7) duquel est enregistré un diagramme de concentration en glucose (5), et qui peut évaluer les résultats des mesures des détecteurs (1). Le calculateur (3) dispose d'un appareil de mesure du temps (4), dont la mise à zéro est en corrélation, de façon invariable, avec la date de fabrication des détecteurs jetables (1). Avant livraison de l'appareil aux patients, on procède à un étalonnage immuable du diagramme de concentration en glucose, correspondant aux propriétés de la biomembrane (9) des détecteurs jetables (1) au moment de leur fabrication. A l'aide de l'appareil de mesure du temps (4), une correction automatique et invariable du diagramme de concentration en glucose est effectuée, correction qui tient compte des propriétés, variant en fonction du temps, de la biomembrane (9) des détecteurs jetables (1).
