Abstract

A cone valve with pressure equalization has an auxiliary channel, which is narrower than the main valve channel and is openable prior to opening of the main channel for providing pressure equalization before such opening. The cone valve comprises an actuation cylinder (2) with a closing pressure chamber (3) and with a piston (1) connected with the valve cone (5). The area of the piston (1) is preferably larger than the area of the valve cone (5), the latter being influenced by the outer medium pressure in the direction of opening and closing. In the closed condition the closing pressure chamber (3) is connected to the valve outlet (7) through a control channel (10). When the valve is opened the pressure chamber (3) is connectable with the valve inlet (6) through an auxiliary channel, and at the same time the pressure equalization channel system is openable between the in- and outlets (6, 7). By opening/closing of the valve the control piston (1) is influenced from outside by a force which is larger/smaller than the pressure from the pressure chamber (3).

L'invention se rapporte à un robinet à pointeau avec égalisation de la pression, qui comprend un canal auxiliaire plus étroit que le canal principal du robinet et qui peut être ouvert avant l'ouverture du canal principal pour assurer une égalisation de la pression avant cette ouverture. Le robinet à pointeau contient un cylindre actuateur (2) avec une chambre sous pression pouvant se fermer (3) et un piston (1) relié au pointeau (5) du robinet. La superficie du piston (1) est de préférence supérieure à la superficie du pointeau (5) du robinet, les mouvements du pointeau étant influencés par la pression du milieu extérieur dans la direction de l'ouverture et de la fermeture. En position fermée, la chambre sous pression fermante (3) est reliée à la sortie (7) du robinet par un canal de régulation (10). Lors de l'ouverture du robinet, la chambre sous pression (3) peut se relier à l'entrée (6) du robinet par un canal auxiliaire et, simultanément, le système de canal d'égalisation de la pression peut s'ouvrir entre l'entrée (6) et la sortie (7). Lors de l'ouverture/la fermeture du robinet, les mouvements du piston de régulation (1) sont influencés de l'extérieur par une force qui est supérieure/inférieure à celle de la pression provenant de la chambre sous pression (3).
