Beim Betrieb eines langsamlaufenden, mehrzylindrischen Dieselmotors wird ein erster, praktisch über den ganzen Motorzyklus gemittelter Drehzahl-Mittelwert n^¨B7 und ein zweiter Mittelwert n$g(a) gebildet, wobei n$g(a) nur über einen Winkelbereich gemittelt ist, der dem Abstand zwischen zwei oberen Totpunkten entspricht. Dieser Winkelbereich ist gegenüber dem oberen Totpunkt um einen drehzahlabhängigen Winkel vorverschoben. Die Drehzahlabweichung n* - n^¨B7 wird von einem trägen Regler und die Drehzahlabweichung n* - n$g(a) von einem schnellen Regler ausgeregelt. Beide Regler arbeiten auf die Füllung der Zylinder. Der träge Regler bewirkt nur schwache Füllgrad-Änderungen, der schnelle Regler erlaubt bei Störungen einen schnellen Eingriff.

The invention concerns a process for the operation of a slow-running multi-cylinder diesel engine, in which a first mean rpm value n^¨B7, averaged over virtually the whole of the engine cycle, is determined, as well as a second mean rpm value n$g(a) averaged only over a sector of the cycle corresponding to the distance between two top dead centres. This sector is staggered by an rpm-dependent angle with respect to the top dead centre. The difference n* - n^¨B7 in rpm is controlled by a slow-acting controller and the difference n*-n$g(a) is controlled by a quick-acting controller. Both controllers act on the fuel-injection parameters. The slow-acting controller produces only small changes in fuel admission while the quick-acting controller enables action to be taken rapidly in the event of a fault occurring.

Lors du fonctionnement d'un moteur diesel polycylindrique à faible vitesse de rotation, il est calculé une première valeur moyenne de vitesse n^¨B7, mesurée sur presque un cycle moteur complet, et une seconde valeur moyenne n$g(a), la valeur n$g(a) n'étant calculée que sur une plage de vitesse angulaire correspondant à la distance entre deux points morts hauts. Cette plage de vitesse angulaire est pré-décalée, par rapport au point mort haut, d'un angle dépendant de la vitesse de rotation. La variation de vitesse n* - n^¨B7 est régulée par un régulateur lent, et la variation de vitesse n*-n$g(a) est régulée par un régulateur rapide. Les deux régulateurs agissent sur le remplissage des cylindres. Le régulateur lent n'accomplit que de faibles modifications du degré de remplissage, le régulateur rapide permet une intervention rapide lors de perturbations.
