Abstract

A method for producing a pile provides for feeding a self-hardening material (6) into a hole (1) or into the ground while generating high-voltage discharges inside the material (6) and moving said zone (7) of feeding the material and generating the high-voltage discharges over the height of the pile to be formed. The total of the discharge energy at a given depth is chosen so as to provide for the widening of the corresponding section of the hole (1) or the ground up to the desired diameter at said depth. Under the influence of the discharges a zone (8) of cemented ground of increased rigidity is created around the formed pile together with a zone (9) of compacted ground having enhanced constructional qualities. A tool for making a pile comprises a pipe (3) for feeding the material and an electric discharger with coaxially-located and mutually-spaced electrodes (10, 11) mounted on an insulating rod (15) passing inside the first electrode (10). The first electrode (10) is connected to the end of the pipe (3) provided with an outlet opening (17) so that the axis of the electrode is parallel to the axis of the pipe (3) and the distance from the second electrode (11) to the outlet opening (17) of the pipe (3) is no smaller than the interelectrode space (16).

Un procédé de production d'un pilot consiste à acheminer un matériau autodurcissant (6) dans un trou (1) où dans le sol, tout en produisant des décharges de haute tension à l'intérieur du matériau (6), ainsi qu'à déplacer ladite zone d'acheminement du matériau et à produire les décharges de haute tension sur la hauteur du pilot à former. Le total de l'énergie de décharge à une profondeur donnée est choisi de manière à permettre l'élargissement de la section correspondante du trou (1) ou du sol jusqu'au diamètre voulu à ladite profondeur. On crée, sous l'influence des décharges, une zone (8) de sol cimenté présentant une ridigité accrue autour du pilot formé, ainsi qu'une zone (9) de sol compacté présentant des qualités de construction supérieures. Un outil de production d'un pilot comprend un conduit (3) destiné à acheminer le matériau, ainsi qu'un éclateur électrique doté d'électrodes (10, 11) placées coaxialement et espacées mutuellement, montées sur une barre isolante (15) passant à l'intérieur de la première électrode (10). La première électrode (10) est connectée à l'extrémité du conduit (3) doté d'un orifice de sortie (17) de sorte que l'axe de l'électrode est parallèle à l'axe du conduit (3), et de sorte que la distance entre la seconde électrode (11) et l'orifice de sortie (17) dudit conduit (3) n'est pas inférieure à l'espace interélectrode (16).
