Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung oxidkeramischer Formkörper durch thermisches Spritzen auf eine formgebende Oberfläche, bei dem die formgebende Oberfläche aus einem mit dem oxidkeramischen Material nicht reagierenden Werkstoff besteht und einen thermischen Ausdehnungskoeffizienten aufweist, der von dem thermischen Ausdehnungskoeffizienten des aufgespritzten oxidkeramischen Materials verschieden ist. Die formgebende Oberfläche wird während der Beschichtung gekühlt. Die fertig beschichtete formgebende Oberfläche wird abgeschreckt, wodurch sich die Beschichtung als Formkörper von der formgebenden Oberfläche ablösen läßt.

A process is disclosed for producing oxide ceramic moulded bodies by thermal spraying on a forming surface made of a material that does not react with the oxide ceramic material and that has a coefficient of thermal expansion different from the coefficient of thermal expansion of the sprayed oxide ceramic material. The forming surface is cooled during the coating process. The finished coated forming surface is quenched, thus allowing the coating to be separated from the forming surface as a moulded body.

Un procédé permet de produire des corps moulés en céramique oxydée par pistolage thermique sur une surface de moulage composée d'un matériau qui ne réagit pas avec le matériau céramique oxydé et qui a un coefficient de dilatation thermique différent du coefficient de dilatation thermique du matériau céramique oxydé pulvérisé. Pendant le revêtement, la surface de moulage est refroidie. Une fois que le revêtement au pistolet de la surface de moulage est achevé, celle-ci est trempée, ce qui permet de détacher le revêtement de la surface de moulage, sous forme d'un corps moulé.
