Method for the recovery of zinc, copper and lead of oxidized and/or sulfurized ores and materials from various feedstocks by lixiviation with a concentrated solution of sal ammoniac, resulting in the formation of the corresponding amines, and separation of those metals from the fertile solution obtained by means of organic acid extractants (cationic extractants and/or chelators) which are neutralized by the amine regenerating the original solution of sal ammoniac. The copper and zinc which separately have passed the corresponding organic phase are reextracted therefrom taking advantage of the sulphuric acid obtained in the electrolysis of the corresponding solution. The lead is separated by crystallization and obtained in the form of chloride.

El procedimiento para recuperación de cinc, cobre y plomo de minerales y materiales oxidados y/o sulfurados a partir de diversas materias primas mediante una lixiviación con una solución concentrada de cloruro amónico, que da lugar a la formación de las correspondientes aminas, y separación de aquellos metales de la solución fértil obtenida mediante extractantes orgánicos ácidos (extractantes catiónicos y/o quelantes) que son neutralizados por la amina regenerando la solución original de cloruro amónico. El cobre y cinc que, separadamente, han pasado a la correspondiente fase orgánica se reextraen de ella aprovechando el ácido sulfúrico que se obtiene en la electrólisis de la correspondiente solución. El plomo se separa por cristalización como cloruro.

Procédé de récupération de zinc, cuivre et plomb de minerais et matériaux oxydés et/ou sulfurés à partir de diverses matières premières au moyen d'une lixiviation avec une solution concentrée de chlorure d'ammoniac qui donne lieu à la formation des amines correspondantes, et séparation des métaux de la solution fertile obtenue au moyen d'agents organiques acides d'extraction (agents cationiques d'extraction et/ou chélateurs) qui sont neutralisés par l'amine en régénérant la solution d'origine de chlorure d'ammoniac. Le cuivre et le zinc qui, séparément, sont passés à la phase organique correspondante sont extraits à nouveau de cette dernière tout en tirant profit de l'acide sulfurique obtenu au cours de l'électrolyse de la solution correspondante. Le plomb est séparé par cristallisation et obtenu sous forme de chlorure.
