Fragments of antibodies capable of attaching themselves to an antigenic site of a receptor present on the activated leucocytes. The invention particularly concerns the fragments of antibodies recognizing an antigenic site specific to the receptor of the IL-2. The invention also concerns the use of the antibody fragments to detect the rejection of a transplant, and their use in kits.

L'invention concerne des fragments d'anticorps capables de se fixer à un site antigènique d'un récepteur présent sur les leucocytes activés. Elle vise en particulier des fragments d'anticorps reconnaissant un site antigènique spécifique du récepteur de l'IL-2. L'invention concerne également l'utilisation de ces fragments d'anticorps pour la détection d'une crise de rejet de greffe, ainsi que leur application dans des kits.
