Abstract
(EN)
A DNA sequence encoding a factor which acts $i(in trans) as a modulator of the production of a $i(Pseudomonas cepacia) lipase, or encoding an analogue of the lipase modulating factor, will, when present in a host cell which also contains a DNA sequence encoding said lipase, exert a beneficial effect on lipase production. The lipase modulating factor has this effect even when it or the lipase are expressed from heterologous expression signals or in heterologous cells.

Une séquence d'ADN encodant un facteur qui agit $i(in trans) comme un modulateur de la production d'une lipase $i(Pseudomonas cepacia), ou encodant un analogue du facteur de modulation de lipase, exercera, lorsqu'elle sera présente au sein d'une cellule hôte qui contient également une séquence d'ADN encodant ladite lipase, un effet bénéfique sur la production de lipase. Le facteur de modulation de lipase a cet effet même lorsque lui-même ou la lipase sont exprimés à partir de signaux d'expression hétérologues ou dans des cellules hétérologues.
