Trisequenced copolymer A-B-C with an Mn from 3 000 to 300 000 and a polydispersity from 1.05 to 2.0, A and C both being an acrylic, vinylaromatic, methacrylic or maleimide sequence, B being an acrylic, vinylaromatic or methacrylic sequence, at least one of A or C being chosen in a different class from that of group B. To prepare the copolymer, anionic polymerisation is carried out on at least one A monomer, with the help of an initiator system formed by at least one monofunctional initiator (R)p-M (M = alcaline metal or alcaline earth metal, p = valence of M, and R = C2-6 alkyl or C1-6 alkyl substituted by at least one phenyl group), and at least one ligand (a salt of an alcaline metal or an alcaline earth metal). The live link A- obtained with at least one B monomer is made to react; the copolymer (A-B)- obtained is made to react with at least one C monomer, and the copolymer (A-B-C)- obtained is made to react with at least one protolytic compound. If A and C are identical, a bifunctional initiator is used during the first stage.

Copolymère triséquencé A-B-C possédant un Mn de 3 000 à 300 000 et une polydispersité de 1,05 à 2,0, A et C étant chacun une séquence acrylique, vinylaromatique, méthacrylique ou maléimide, B étant une séquence acrylique, vinylaromatique ou méthacrylique, au moins l'un parmi A et C étant choisi dans une classe différente de celle du bloc B. Pour préparer ce copolymère, on conduit une polymérisation anionique d'au moins un monomère A, à l'aide d'un système initiateur formé par au moins un amorceur monofonctionnel (R)p-M (M = métal alcalin ou alcalino-terreux, p = valence de M, et R = alkyle en C2-6 ou alkyle en C1-6 substitué par au moins un groupe phényle), et au moins un ligand (sel de métal alcaling ou alcalino-terreux); on fait réagir le chaînon vivant A- obtenu avec au moins un monomère B; on fait réagir le copolymère (A-B)- obtenu avec au moins un monomère C et on fait réagir le copolymère (A-B-C)- obtenu avec au moins un composé protolytique. Si A et C sont de nature identique, on utilise un amorceur bifonctionnel à la première étape.
