Abstract

In the rotor structure of a synchronous motor of the radial type having a shaft (12) composed of a magnetic material and in which rotor core members (20) are held by magnets (18), the magnetic shaft (12) causes a leakage of fluxes during its magnetization or the rotation of the rotor, thereby degrading the magnetizing property and output performance. Therefore, the leakage of magnetic flux is decreased by decreasing the diameter of a shaft portion (12a) that faces the inner surface of the rotor body (10). The decrease in the resistance of the shaft (12) to bending is compensated for by filling the gap between the rotor body (10) and the shaft portion (12a) with a resin material (22) and by forming a knot (24).

Dans la structure du rotor d'un moteur sychrone du type radial ayant un arbre (12) composé d'un matériau magnétique dans lequelles éléments du noyau l'induit (20) sont maintenus par des aimants (18), l'arbre magnétique (12) provoque une fuite de flux pendant sa magnétisation ou la rotation du rotor, diminuant ainsi la magnétisation et la puissance de sortie. La fuite de flux magnétique est diminuée en réduisant le diamètre d'une partie de l'arbre (12a) tournée vers la surface interne du corps du rotor (10). Cette diminution de la résistance de l'arbre (12) à se plier est compensée en bouchant l'espace entre le corps du rotor (10) et une partie de l'arbre (12a) avec un matériau de résine (22) et en formant un n÷ud.
