Abstract
(EN)
A system for correcting errors due to involute interpolation of anumeric control unit or the like. When machining is made in accordance with an instruction of an involute curve (In1), a slot occurs in the practical machining shape near a base circle (C). The machining shape is determined from a slot initiation point (Ps3), a radius (Rs) from the base circle (C) and the error distance (De) of the slot in the normal direction. These data are set as parameters in the numeric control unit. The control unit effects cutting till the point Ps3 by the involute curve (In1) and then by the involute curve (In3) having its end point at a point deviated from the point Ps3 by the error distance (De) in the normal direction. In this manner, involute curve machining free from the slot can be made.

Un système pour corriger les erreurs dues à l'interpolation de developpantes d'une unité de contrôle numerique ou similaire. Quand l'usinage est effectué selon une instruction d'une courbe à developpantes (In1) une fente est réalisée dans la forme d'usinage près d'un socle circulaire (C). La forme d'usinage est détérminée à partir d'une fente de point de démarrage (Ps3), un radius (Rs) à partir socle circulaire (C) et la distance d'erreur de la fente dans la direction normale. Ces données sont introduites comme paramètres dans l'unité de contrôle numérique. Cette unité de contrôle effectue la coupe jusqu'au point Ps3 avec la courbe à developpante (In1), ensuite avec la courbe à developpante (In3), le point terminal étant décalé par rapport à Ps3 d'une distance d'erreur (De) dans la diréction normale. De cette manière, l'usinage de la courbe à developpante, en dégageant la fente, peut être accompli.
