Abstract

The invention relates to a device for pressure measurement in a container or a conveying pipe (11) containing a pressure medium mixed with solid material, a pressure gauge (13) being connected to the container/conveying pipe by means of a measuring outlet (12). An impulse conduit (14) is adapted to convey the pressure measured at the measuring outlet to the pressure gauge. A buffer volume is arranged between the measuring outlet and the impulse conduit. A supply conduit (16) is connected to the buffer volume to continuously supply the buffer volume with clean pressure medium, and the continuous purging flow is maximized for reasons of measurement or process technique. The invention is characterized in that the supply conduit (16) is adapted to continuously supply the buffer volume with purging fluid near the orifice of the impulse conduit. The continuous, maximized purging flow is adapted to bring about a back pressure in the buffer volume to prevent solid material, flowing in through the measuring outlet, from reaching the impulse conduit. This is achieved by dimensioning the buffer volume (15) to take account of the volume of the impulse conduit, the flow of clean pressure medium, the purging flow, and maximum conceivable inflow through the measuring outlet as a result of a disturbance in the container/conveying pipe, the disturbance flow, according to buffer volume/impulse conduit volume = k (disturbance flow/purging flow), where k is a dimensioning factor which is assumed taking into consideration the type and frequency of pressure impulses and which varies between 0.1 and 1.

L'invention concerne un dispositif pour mesurer la pression dans un récipient ou un tuyau (11) comprenant un milieu de pression mélangé avec de la matière solide, un indicateur de pression étant relié au récipient/tuyau au moyen d'une sortie de mesurage (12). Un conduit d'impulsions (14) est adapté de manière à transporter la pression mesurée à la sortie de mesurage vers l'indicateur de pression. Un volume tampon est installé entre ladite sortie et le conduit d'impulsions. Un conduit d'alimentation (16) est relié au volume tampon de manière à envoyer continuellement audit volume tampon un milieu de pression propre, l'écoulement de purge continu étant porté au maximum afin d'assurer la technique de mesurage ou de traitement. L'invention se caractérise en ce que le conduit d'alimentation (16) est conçu de manière à envoyer continuellement au volume tampon un liquide de purge à proximité de l'ouverture du conduit d'impulsions. L'écoulement de purge maximal continu sert à réaliser une contre-pression, ce qui empêche la matière solide d'aboutir au conduit d'impulsions. La création d'une telle contre-pression dans le volume tampon s'effectue par le dimensionnement dudit volume tampon de manière à tenir compte du volume du conduit d'impulsions, de l'écoulement du milieu de pression propre, de l'écoulement de purge, et de l'écoulement maximal d'entrée possible à travers la sortie de mesurage résultant d'une perturbation dans le récipient/tuyau, et de l'écoulement perturbateur, selon la formule volume tampon/volume du conduit d'impulsions = k (écoulement perturbateur/écoulement de purge), où k est un facteur de dimensionnement qui est supposé en prenant en considération le genre et la fréquence des impulsions de pression, et qui varie entre 0,1 et 1.
