Abstract
(EN)
Enzymes produced by mutating the genes for a number of subtilisin proteases and expressing the mutated genes in suitable hosts are presented. The enzymes exhibit improved wash performance in comparison to their wild type parent enzymes. The enzymes are well-suited for use in detergent compositions.

La présente invention décrit des enzymes produits par mutation génétique pour un certain nombre de protéases de subtilisine, puis après mutation par manifestation des gènes dans les hôtes appropriés. Ces enzymes améliorent l'efficacité de lavage par comparaison avec leurs enzymes parents de type sauvage. Ces enzymes sont bien adaptés à l'emploi dans des compositions détergentes.
