Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zur Fahrwerksregelung von Fahrzeugen, insbesondere Personen- und Nutzfahrzeugen, mit folgenden Schritten: sensorische Ermittlung des dynamischen Fahrzustandes und Verarbeitung der ermittelten Fahrzustandsdaten zur Erzeugung eines Steuersignals für einen semiaktiven, vorzugsweise jedem Rad des Fahrzeugs zugeordneten Dämpfer, dessen Dämpferkraft in bestimmten fahrzustandsabhängigen Situationen auf einen möglichst kleinen Wert einstellbar ist. Es wird vorgeschlagen, daß der semiaktive Dämpfer (5) in Abhängigkeit von dem Steuersignal (U1) und dem Istwert der Dämpferkraft (Fd) ersatzweise für eine bezüglich des vorliegenden Betriebspunktes zwar gewünschte, jedoch nicht realisierbare aktive Dämpferfunktion maximal hart oder maximal weich eingestellt wird (Ersatzeinstellung).

A device and a process are disclosed for regulating the chassis of vehicles, in particular private cars and utility vehicles, comprising the following steps: detection by sensors of the dynamic driving state and processing of the detected data on the driving state in order to generate a control signal for semi-active shock absorbers, preferably associated to each wheel of the vehicle, the shock absorbing capacity of which can be adjusted to a minimum possible value in certain situations, depending on the driving state. The semi-active shock absorber (5) can be alternatively adjusted to a maximum strong or maximum weak dampening power (alternative adjustment) when a desired active dampening effect, in the present working conditions, cannot be achieved. The alternative adjustment of the semi-active shock absorber (5) is made according to the control signal (U1) and to the real dampening power (Fd).

Un procédé et un dispositif servent à régler le châssis de véhicules à moteur, notamment des voitures particulières et des utilitaires, selon les étapes suivantes: détermination par des capteurs de l'état dynamique de conduite et traitement des données obtenues sur l'état de conduite afin de générer des signaux de commande d'amortisseurs semi-actifs, de préférence associés à chaque roue du véhicule, dont la force d'amortissement peut être réglée dans des situations déterminées sur une valeur aussi réduite que possible, en fonction de l'état de conduite. L'amortisseur semi-actif (5) peut être alternativement réglé, en fonction du signal de commande (U1) et de la valeur réelle de la force d'amortissement (Fd), sur une valeur d'amortissement maximale ou minimale lorsqu'une fonction d'amortissement actif idéale par rapport à l'état de fonctionnement ne peut pas être assurée (réglage de remplacement).
