The invention relates to a process and apparatus for producing cellulose pearls with microporous structure and high adsorptive capacity. The essence of the process is that during the pearl formation gas-forming material and one or more appropriately selected fillers are added to the cellulose derivative, drops are formed and coagulated to give pearls with hollow structure, the time of mixing, pre-coagulation, secondary coagulation, aftertreatment and drying is chosen in accordance with the half-life of the decomposition speed of the applied foam-forming agents. The apparatus is characterized by containing a drop-forming die with special plastic pins and a static stirrer (A) for mixing the solid and liquid additives; has a tilting edge for controlling the coagulation time, a net separator of special space curve form and consisting of the combination of plastic nets for separating the product and the acid; disposes of a jet injector (F) operated with the treating solution for transporting the product and of a fluid reactor (B) for the aftertreatment, the angle of inclination of the reactor is variable between 0-90°.

L'invention concerne un procédé et un appareil servant à produire des perles de cellulose modifiée ayant une structure microporeuse et une capacité d'adsorption élevée. L'essentiel du procédé est que pendant la formation des perles, du matériau de génération d'ecume et de formation de gaz ainsi qu'une ou des charges appropriées, sont ajoutés au dérivé de cellulose, des gouttes sont formées et coagulent afin de créer des perles creuses. Les délais de mélange, de pré-coagulation, de coagulation secondaire, de traitement complémentaire et de séchage sont choisis selon la période de demi-vie de la vitesse de décomposition des agents générateurs d'écume. L'appareil est caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un moule à formation de gouttes ayant des goupilles en plastique spéciales et un agitateur statique (A) servant à mélanger les additifs solides et liquides; qu'il possède un bord incliné qui sert à régler le temps de coagulation, un treillis séparateur déterminant une courbe spéciale et constitué d'une combinaison de treillis en plastique servant à séparer le produit et l'acide; qu'il dispose d'un injecteur à jet (F) utilisé avec la solution de traitement afin de transporter le produit ainsi que d'un réacteur à fluide (B) deestiné au traitement complémentaire, l'angle d'inclinaison du réacteur pouvant varier entre 0 et 90°.
