Abstract
(EN)
An electronically controlled oscillator capable of operating in the rf/microwave frequency range includes an amplifier (21) having a stacked crystal filter (25) and an electronically variable impedance (26), such as a hyperabrupt junction varactor, connected in a feedback loop to vary the oscillator output frequency about the frequency of the stacked crystal filter. In a further implementation of the oscillator, an overmoded stacked crystal filter (55) is utilized which has a comb response, and a second delay stacked crystal filter (60) is also employed in the feedback path for providing an adjustable phase delay for causing the oscillator to controllably operate at the respective responses in the comb of responses of the overmoded stacked crystal filter.

Un oscillateur à commande électronique capable de fonctionner dans la plage de fréquences hf/micro-ondes, comprend un amplificateur (21) comportant un filtre à cristaux empilés (25) ainsi qu'une impédance électroniquement variable (26), telle qu'un varactor à jonction hyperabrupte, faisant partie d'une boucle à rétroaction afin de varier la fréquence de sortie de l'oscillateur par rapport à la fréquence du filtre à cristaux empilés. Dans un autre mode de réalisation dudit oscillateur, on utilise un filtre à cristaux empilés multimode (55), lequel a une réponse en forme de peigne, et l'on utilise également un second filtre à cristaux empilés à temporisation (60) dans le chemin de rétroaction, afin de produire une temporisation de phase réglable pour que ledit oscillateur fonctionne de manière commandée selon les réponses se produisant dans le peigne de réponses dudit filtre à cristaux empilés multimode.
