Elektro-pneumatisches Schaltsystem für ein Wechselgetriebe (1), bei dem die Schaltungen der Gänge, die von Magnetventilen (41 bis 48) gesteuert werden, über Stellzylinder (21 bis 25) pneumatisch erfolgt, wobei im Normalbetrieb die Magnetventile (41 bis 48) bzw. der zentrale Ventilblock (4), in dem die Magnetventile zusammengefaßt sind, über einen Druckluftanschluß versorgt werden. In einem Notschaltbetrieb wird die Druckluft über ein gesondertes Schaltventil (9) einer Auswahl von Stellzylindern (21 bis 24) direkt zugeleitet. Dabei ist eine zweite Druckluftquelle (7) angeordnet und mit einem Mehrstellungsschaltventil (9), das als Notschaltventil wirkt, verbunden. Die Stellungszylinder (21 bis 24) für die Neutralstellung und die Gänge der Notschaltung (R, I, II) können über Wechselventile (53) und das Mehrstellungsschaltventil (9) mit der zweiten Druckluftquelle (7) verbunden werden. Die Druckluftzufuhr kann über Sicherheitsschaltventile (55, 56), die mit der Anfahr- und Schaltkupplung bzw. mit dem Handbremshebel mechanisch verbunden sind, gesichert werden.

An electro-pneumatic changing system for a gearbox (1) in which the gears which are controlled by magnetic valves (41 to 48) are changed pneumatically via servo cylinders (21 to 25), whereby, in normal operation, the magnetic valves (41 to 48) or the central valve block (4) in which the magnetic valves are contained are powered via a compressed air line. During emergency operation, the compressed air is supplied directly via a separate pilot valve (9) to a selection of servo cylinders (21 to 24). There is a second compressed air source (7) linked to a multi-position pilot valve (9) acting as an emergency changing valve. The servo cylinders (21 to 24) for the neutral position and the gears in the emergency change system (R, I, II) may be connected to the second compressed air source (7) via changeover valves (53) and the multi-position pilot valve (9). The compressed air supply may be safeguarded via safety pilot valves (55, 56) mechanically connected to the starting and changing coupling or to the handbrake lever.

Système de changement de vitesse électro-pneumatique destiné à une boîte de vitesse (1) dans laquelle les changements de vitesse, commandés par des électrovannes (41 à 48), sont effectués pneumatiquement par des cylindres de réglage (21 à 25), les électrovannes (41 à 48) et le bloc de distribution central (4) regroupant les électrovannes étant alimentés, en régime normal, par un système de distribution d'air comprimé. En régime de secours, l'air comprimé est amené à travers un relais pneumatique séparé (9) directement à une sélection de cylindres de réglage (21 à 24). Une seconde source d'air comprimé (7) est alors prévue et reliée à un relais pneumatique à positions multiples (9) agissant comme relais pneumatique de secours. Les cylindres de réglage (21 à 24) pour la position neutre et les vitesses de la distribution de secours (R, I, II) peuvent être reliés, par l'intermédiaire de sélecteurs de circuit (53) et du relais pneumatique à plusieurs positions (9), à la seconde source d'air comprimé (7). L'alimentation en air comprimé peut être assurée au moyen de relais pneumatiques de sécurité (55, 56) reliés mécaniquement à l'embrayage de démarrage et de commande, ou au levier de frein à main.
